Balloon valvuloplasty for narrowed valves (pulmonary and aortic), balloon angioplasty, and other catheter-based congenital heart interventions, planned case-by-case with a pediatric cardiac team.
Urgent and planned assessment of newborns and infants — clinical evaluation, pulse oximetry screening, echocardiography and management planning for suspected congenital heart disease.
Structured evaluation of rhythm problems in children — resting ECG, 24-hour Holter monitoring review, event monitoring guidance, and treatment or referral decisions for supraventricular tachycardias and other arrhythmias.
Assessment and follow-up of children who need or already have pacemakers — indication review, device follow-up coordination and monitoring with the electrophysiology team.
Long-term surveillance after cardiac surgery or catheter interventions — residual lesion monitoring, function assessment and structured follow-up plans shared with the family.
