This website belongs to Dr. Abid Ali Malik (“we”, “the clinic”). This policy explains what information is collected when you use this website and how it is handled.
1. Information you send us
When you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, subject and message) are sent by email to the clinic so we can reply to you. They are not stored on this website and are never shared with third parties. The appointment form works through WhatsApp — your message goes directly to the clinic’s WhatsApp number, and nothing is stored on this website.
2. Cookies & third-party services
This website does not set cookies itself. Some embedded services may set their own cookies or process data: Google Fonts (page fonts), Google Maps (location maps) and, if used, embedded YouTube videos. These services operate under their own privacy policies. If you do not wish to load them, you can disable cookies in your browser — the pages remain fully readable.
3. Patient information
No patient records are held on this website. Patient images, ECGs or echo cases are published in the Media section only with written consent and are de-identified (no names, dates or identifiable details). If you recognise yourself or your child in any image, contact the clinic and the material will be removed immediately.
4. Data security & retention
Emails received through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry. The clinic takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information it handles.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information the clinic holds about you by emailing abidfaryad@gmail.com.
